1. Node Deployment & Licensing

By initializing a node or acquiring a Beta Founder License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the AXONIC S.R. Client Closer architecture.

This software is provided as strategic infrastructure. We provide the algorithmic leverage; the ultimate execution and closing of contracts remain the sole responsibility of the operator.

2. Tier Access & Clearances

Access to advanced architectural features, including the Axonic Envoy tier and custom API integrations, is strictly governed by Principal clearance. AXONIC S.R. reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate access for nodes violating operational integrity, utilizing automated spam abuse, or reverse-engineering proprietary workflows.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AXONIC S.R. or its Principals be held liable for lost revenue, compromised client relationships, or damages resulting from aggressive algorithmic positioning. The software is deployed "as-is" without warranty of guaranteed financial returns.
